ScuL-Sense Five-Wire Optic Sensor™
Scully’s five-wire optic sensors are purpose-built for liquid petroleum product overfill prevention and point level detection. They are designed to be used with the Scully Intellitrol® and ST-35 series loading rack control monitors. The sensors can also be used with the Scully IntelliCheck® II Monitor or Scully Load Anywhere® Truck Monitor. There is no waiting for the control monitors’ permit light to go on because the sensor requires no warm up time. Overfill prevention applications include road tankers, rail cars and storage tanks.

Scully Sockets are the most durable vehicle connections available for your loading needs offering compatibility at any terminal. The sockets mount on the truck and are wired to Optic, Thermistor, or Instant-On tank truck overfills prevention sensors manufactured by Scully. The sockets are available in Scully, API and SAE styles. These sockets are compatible with all overfill prevention rack plug and cable units in use today.
Scully Plug & Cable Assemblies
Scully plugs are made of heavy duty molded polyurethane with stainless steel contacts. The fuel resistant cables are available in 30′ coiled or 20′ straight styles. Scully plugs and cables are the product of years of industry experience and offer durable, efficient operation. They are designed for use only with the intrinsically safe output circuits of Scully’s ST-35, ST-15 and Intellitrol®. Scully Plugs and Cables are used to connect the Scully loading rack control monitor to the vehicle mounted socket. The plugs and cables are the pathways for the control unit/sensor signals which monitor the status of overfill prevention, electro-static grounding and vehicle identification during loading operations.
